Role Description:

- Act as a leader within the company & help drive product innovation into the Blibli Supply Chain

- Research and analyse key SCM and Operations market trends for product innovation and enhancements in eCommerce

- Maintain your roadmap and milestones

- Design the software system backbone for day-to-day operations of various delivery logistics and warehouse fulfilment operations software products

- Plan & manage the launch of key internal capabilities as well as external programs driven by supply chain capabilities

- Define your features. Write PRDs, specs and user stories

- Manage the daily workflow with a team of engineers and designers

- Analyse the effectiveness of the current features and define ways to improve them in order to reduce failure rates, increase usage

- Ensure we ship well-crafted product at a timely pace

- Represent your team in communication with product, engineering, design and marketing leadership

Qualifications:

- 5-12 years experience as a Product Manager

- Minimum 2 years in supply chain operations - in managing operations or as a product manager for the same

- Strong analytical and structured thinking is a must

- Can do attitude and adaptability is a must
