We are also well supported in our knowledge and expertise by our alliance partner HDFC Limited, which are working directly or indirectly with Developers, Private Equity firms, Investors and other major companies in the industry. Additionally, with over 30 mn unique visitors per month our parent company Quikr, runs multiple vertical businesses across real estate automobiles, jobs, services and goods giving early access to data on consumer behavior. Over the years, it has built a robust technology platform for consumers with products for developers and brokers that stands to gain in the era of digitization.

We are looking at a resource for Project Marketing role. Kindly find below brief on the role.

- Identifying projects to be picked up by the company for the purpose of marketing in the form of sales process outsourcing, project marketing, etc.

- Conduct due diligence in consultation with the Local Direct Sales team prior to Undertaking a project referred by the DST.

- Cross sales of Developers Projects across regions through undertaking various marketing activities.

- Working closely with Developer/Clients towards the delivery of the relevant services.

- Working closely with internal stakeholders to drive revenues.

- End-to-end accountability for driving sales results that are aligned with client goals.

- Managing marketing and sales campaigns across multiple residential developments and across markets.

- Obtaining approvals towards budgets for undertaking various activities towards projects.

- Empanelment of channel partners, managing and developing channel partner network.

- Recruitment of key regional resources (PAN India) to focus on Project Marketing initiatives.

- The development, implementation, and management of key marketing and sales deliverables (in partnership with the Sales team) including but not limited to:

- Marketing and sales plans, including budgets and timelines.

- Advertising campaigns, promotional events, broker outreach, buyer retention campaigns, referral programs,, and social media.

- Marketing collateral and tools including brochures, website, stationery, and signage.

- Design, setup, and operation of onsite project Sites.

- Manage third party vendors required to create and implement marketing and sales deliverables.

- Conducting ongoing competitive analysis. As necessary, make actionable recommendations to enhance marketing and sales programs.

- Representing the organization in different forums, as and when necessary.
