Quikr - Manager - Digital Ad Sales (7-12 yrs)
1. Handling Advertising Agency relationship Business with Group Heads. Responsible for meetings at Leading agencies on a regular basis and securing business through agency RFPs
2. Understand Quikr's offerings and map their benefits to client needs. Responsible for selling across QUIKR Ad Sales solutions across different verticals (Not a vertical-specific role).
3. Responsible for scaling up spends on QUIKR with strategic clients. Relationships with E-Commerce, Auto & BFSI clients is a must.
4. Lead conversations with CMOs/Digital Marketing Heads of prospective clients right from pre-sales to solution building process in order to bring in a consultative approach to their marketing challenges. Orchestrate work between the Clients, their agencies, Ad operations/ Product & Delivery teams to ensure high-quality output
5. Candidate should have 7+ years of work experience in Ad sales with a minimum of 4 years in digital ad Sales with publishers
6. The candidate should have good command over English and good communication skills. Should have great relationship building skills.
7. Need to have good contacts in the digital agencies across the West market
8. Ideally, the candidate should have a complete understanding of performance advertising metrics such as CPM, CPI, CPC, CPA, Programmatic Sales, Concept selling, etc.
9. Knowledge of Ad Operation platforms/ Analytics platforms is a must
10. Team Handling Experience will be an added benefit.
