Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Lead.
- The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for spearheading the recruitment process, including full cycle recruiting, hiring, and employer branding.
- Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Lead will be accountable for interviewing candidates and creating effective recruiting strategies.
- Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to drive hiring goals and program outcomes.
- Ensure a high-touch experience for every candidate from first contact to final offer, flawless best in class onboarding and post onboarding check in.
- Transformational mindset to drive our Talent Acquisition processes
- Excellent with Xray search, Boolean etc
Qualifications :
- Candidates from SaaS product start with 3-4yrs of hiring experience in Tech/Leadership roles
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
- Employer Branding and Recruiting skills
- Interviewing skills
- Proven track record in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Should know ATS
