Job Description: - Development and implementation of the Integrated Marketing Strategy for Corporate - Businesses - Brands - New Launches. - Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, brand activations, events, digital marketing, and PR. - Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation. - Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of: A comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program; All Organization marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, collateral, branding support, media relations, client acquisition and so forth. - Responsible for the achievement of marketing/ communications/ public relations mission, goals and financial objectives. - Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/ public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance. - Prepare new product marketing plans for product introductions - Guiding the day to day operations of the marketing team. - Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team. - Direct the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization. - Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing/ communications/ public relations function. - Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote and guide Marketing team members. - Provide the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan. - Working closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, training assets and presentations. - Gaining feedback from sales on support they require to enable sales / leads. - Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives. - Establish a system of reports and communications for all information from the marketing team - Controlling Marketing Spends by Budget Planning, Continuously Improvise, ROI mapping within the matrix of the Marketing Goals, Participate in vendor management and key negotiations - Defining tasks and milestones to achieve objectives within the deadlines, while ensuring the optimal use of resources to meet those objectives.
