The Strategic Program Manager is responsible for planning and delivery of strategic programs at Quick Heal. Job Description : - Partnering and work closely with leaders across the organization to develop programs that support the organization's roadmap and strategic direction. - Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. - Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives. - Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects. - Decide on suitable strategies and objectives. - Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department. - Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders. - Management of issues, risks and project/program change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. - Understand interdependencies between R&D, Sales and Business requirements.
