We are engaged in providing financial services to reputed Companies in financial structuring, project funding, venture capital, loan syndication, IPO management, M&A, corporate advisory, compliance, due diligence and corporate law matters.

Over the years we have provided our services to a number of Corporates including MNCs, NRI companies and Indian Corporates. We, a team of MBAs/ Chartered Accountants, have handled various types of assignments involving funds raising and corporate advisory and earned reputation for our knowledge of corporate laws, diligence and task-oriented approach and adaption to the latest trends in the industry. We are looking for young and dynamic CAs/MBAs to expand our team to cater to our increasing business.

Position: Manager/Sr Manager/AVP - Corporate Finance.

Location: Mumbai

Experience:

1 - 4 years of relevant experience - 2 candidates

4 - 7 years of relevant experience - 2 candidates

Qualification: CA, MBA (Finance)

Salary:

Between Rs. 4.8 lacs to Rs 7.2 lacs (1- 4 years)

Between Rs. 9 lacs to Rs 12 lacs (4 -7 years)

Job Description:

Corporate Finance / Project Finance / Debt Syndication:

- Interacting with the Clients, understanding their requirements, liaison with clients for collating data required for preparation and submission of the proposal with Banks/FIs.

- Structuring the proposal and preparing Information Memorandum, Teasers, Financial model, CMA Data, Request Letters and other documents pertaining to the Proposal for submission to Banks.

- Liaison, interact and follow up with Banks for sanction and negotiating the terms of Sanction.

- Obtaining sanction and handling post sanction formalities with the Clients and the Banks for documentation

- Assisting the Client in execution of loan documents and obtaining disbursement.
