- Candidate should have ability to drive and develop Leadership and Internal Communication initiatives.

- It would require to work closely with the C level executives and senior leaders from sales, verticals, service lines and rest of the marketing team.

- Candidate should strive to get strong hold on the content and commands good writing skills.

- Candidate should have right aptitude and talent to churn out interesting content keeping employees and leadership in mind.

- Should have acumen and interest to connect with employees and understand strategic significance of leadership communication

- Candidate should have interest to explore different communication channels - should able to write blogs, newsletters, leadership communication emailers, content for social media for leadership, strategic organization announcements etc.

- Open for liaising with the design team to get the final outcome

- Exposure to internal events.
