- Are you a master of persuasion with a proven track record in government ad sales? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager/Senior Manager to lead our Ad Sales team for Government Business in Vijayawada. With at least 5 years of media sales experience specifically in government departments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise in Cinema, Radio, or Print to drive revenue and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. - The Manager/Senior Manager of Ad Sales for Government Business, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.


- You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that meet their goals.


- You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and department heads.


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government departments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.


- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.


- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet and exceed performance goals.


- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and department heads.


- Understand client's needs and tailor solutions that meet their goals.


- Provide regular reports and analysis on sales activity, pipeline, and revenue.


Qualifications:


- At least 5 years of media sales experience specifically in government departments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.


- Proven track record in government ad sales, with experience in Cinema, Radio, or Print industries.


- Strong leadership and management skills.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
