Quantitative Researcher - Market Research Firm

Job Responsibilities :

- Managing a team of quantitative research under research director guidance-allocating load/projects within the team, monitoring the progress of the team, overseeing analysis and final presentation.

- Mentoring/honing and developing skills of the team.

- End to end management of multiple projects-ensuring field quality /data output/final presentation.

- Client management- ensuring client briefs are met and research outputs are actionable and aligned to the requirement.

- New customer acquisition- ensuring more business from exciting clients and new customer acquisition across categories.
