Practice Manager - Quantitative Analytics

Requisites:

- Masters from top B schools/ Engineering colleges & Undergraduate degree from IIT/NITs

- Degree/Work experience in Econometrics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or other quantitative fields.

- Experience in econometric and statistical techniques, such as logistic regression, survival analysis, panel data models, and etc.

- Strong SAS programming skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- The ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams in a very fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Model development: from conceptualization through data exploration

- Validation and enhancement of existing models

- Coordinating with the teammates in multi-location and multi-time zones.

- Present models to technical and non-technical audience

- Provide management with comprehensive, timely and user-friendly decision support and recommendations with respect to new business initiatives.
