Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Undertake organization wide training-need-analysis

- Design and deliver soft skill training programs and identify external training partners for technical skill training administration

- Create and maintain an employee development plan and training calendar based on performance appraisal and training need assessment outcomes

- Identify training infrastructure need and provide cost effective solutions

- Ensure maintenance of training records Develop high potential identification and development programs

- Create and implement customized Campus Program for Graduate Engineer/MBA hires Create effective processes for monitoring and measuring training processes

Experience :

- 3 to 7 years of overall experience in HR Learning and Development for the IT/Analytics/Start-up

Qualification Required:

- Graduate in any Discipline Post Graduate in Human Resources (Preferred)

Location: Mumbai - Malad (West)

- Subject matter expert in driving Learning and Development
