Position: Specialist - HR Analytics

Location: Mumbai - Mindspace, Malad (SEZ)

Purpose of the Role:

As a Specialist, HR Analytics and Reporting, you will use data, research and analytical insights to both build new and improve existing HR processes. Qualified candidates will be detail oriented, conscientious (always follows through on commitments), analytical and curious. The role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities. We are looking for someone who is good at diagnosing clients- needs and finding a way to satisfy them, has strong presentation skills and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze data and construct HR Analytics dashboards on a periodic basis

- Maintain strong connect and liaison with the virtual team and primary stakeholders of the organization

- Play a pivotal role in designing, executing and measuring the effectiveness of global talent programs, which will include identifying issues, forming hypotheses and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations.

- Develop and analyze surveys and metrics.

- Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives and influence leaders to take action on those findings

Requirements:

- BA/BS/Bcom/BTECH/BE degree preferred with a strong academic record. Master's degree a plus.

- 1 to 4 years of experience in working on Constructing HR Analytics/Project dashboards & Reporting

- Experience with Microsoft Excel is must (familiarity with statistical packages and/or SQL a plus).

- Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends.

- Good communication, inter-personal and analytical skill and international stakeholder management

- Exceptional analytical and communication skills

- Ability to work in fast paced and high stress environments

Salary Offered : Upto 8 LPA
