Role: Project Manager

Experience Level: 4-6 Years

Work location: Mumbai (Malad W)

Responsibilities:

- Ability for project cost forecasting and project delivery at high profit margins

- Client management across geographies, in-person and remotely

- Work collaboratively with the product team, for near term enhancement feedback and long term product development roadmap

- Work collaboratively with the sales team to understand the project pipeline

- Team management activities such as counseling employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

- Drive agile delivery practices in the team through adoption of Jira

- Drive documentation and standard best practices in the team

The ideal candidate should have -

- 4+ years of Analytics experience in data driven or AI technology products

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Team management experience is must

- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment

- Intermediate understanding of decision science tools and techniques

- Fundamental understanding of cloud application and products
