Location: Mumbai/Bangalore Responsibilities: - Must have five years of experience in communications or implementing employee engagement initiatives. - Experience working with detailed information and presenting it in a way that is easily understandable to employees at all different levels in the organization. - Manage end to end employee engagements and relations including on boarding for new joiners,event management, monthly events, annual R&amp;Rs, employee relations and fun@work environment. - Proactive inputs to HR verticals on bench marking requirements seeking internal as well as external market "best practice" opportunities that will enhance engagement processes. - Identify and facilitate cost savings by implementing and researching new vendors and negotiating with partnered vendors. - Create robust communication forums and facilitate employee engagement initiatives on a regular basis. - Arrange for logistics, F&amp;B, venues, etc. and deliver the requirements at the required time frame. Requirement:- - 4+ years of overall experience in HR Employee Engagement/Employee Relations/Event Management for the IT/Analytics/Start-up - Subject matter expert in driving HR engagement - Building effective relationships with staff, partners and leaders - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to think critically and commercially Post Graduate in Human Resources will be preferred Interested candidates
