Quantiphi - Data Architect - BI & Analytics

Quantiphi is looking for a current entry to mid-level analytics expert (1-5 years’ experience). The ideal candidate will have extensive domain expertise in designing and implementing BI systems to solve real world problems. You need to be practically minded, engineering focused, have business acumen and have the ability to take ideas from concept to design to implementation. You will report directly to the Quantiphi Founding Team and will be responsible for developing best in class data model, BI delivery models for multiple clients. You must have an opinion, and perspective on how and when to use various BI technologies, based on experience and grounded in getting things done. This isn’t theory, this is practical application. We are looking for a someone who is very familiar with data, architecture of cubes/dimensions, able to represent in latest/cloud base BI tool.

This position is in a fast growing start-up, with opportunity to be part of the nucleus that is going to evolve at a very rapid pace and solve complex problem with completely new lens.

Required Skills:

- Excellent client facing communication skills

- Able to see through data and extract relevant information with Ease, typical skills related to ETL and following similar skill/tool set -

- SQL RDBMS

- SSIS

- SSAS

- SSRS

- PowerPivot

- SharePoint integration

Experience in companion BI products, examples listed below:

- Business Objects

- Cognos

- Oracle OBIEE

Desire to learn and implement cutting edge BI technologies, including:

- Amazon Redshift

- Birst

- Yellowfin

- R integration

- SQL Azure

- Hadoop / NoSQL
