Job Description Role: Associate Solution Architect Experience Level: 5 to 8 Years Work location: Mumbai/Bangalore Role &amp; Responsibilities: - Guide the product team on technology evaluation, technical thought leadership, and direction. - Guide the client on technology evaluation, technical thought leadership, and direction. - Write automation programs to interface with REST APIs - Writes detailed description of program functions, and steps required to develop or modify business processes and computer systems. - Reviews computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within an existing system. - Take a lead in preparing functional and technical specification documents. - Lead project deliveries while managing multiple responsibilities in a high paced environment, where you are empowered to make a difference. - Constantly sync with the Client &amp; Business team to align on business priorities, and plan for the long term and short-term architecture goals. - Own the complete SDLC of the project(s) by managing the solutioning, engineering, testing, release, and maintenance. - Work closely with client-partners to align on, and manage their expectations and plan for engineering. - Guide and help team members to debug and solve technical problems. - Lead engagements with multiple work-streams; prepare project plans and manage deliverables - Review and perform code walkthrough and quality reviews. - Showcase thought leadership on technology roadmaps, agile development methodologies, and best practices Requirements: - 5+ years of IT experience in data-driven or AI technology products - Understanding of ML Model Deployment and Lifecycle - Thorough understanding and experience in AWS or Google Cloud Platform, databases like MySQL, cloud automation, and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, Kubeflow and Terraform - including cluster planning, designing, implementing, benchmarking, performance tuning, cost optimization, and monitoring - Experience with high-level programming experiences like Java/Python or any similar high-level language in the past. - Very Good understanding of REST API development. - Very Good hands on CICD tools. - Fair understanding of data transformation, migration, security, and governance.. - Very good experience working under Waterfall, RAD, and Agile Software Development Lifecycle methodologies - Good experience on Onsite and offshore coordination and Handling big teams. - Excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills. - Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment. - Work collaboratively with the Founders and Accounts Leads in terms of project execution and timelines. - Experience in decision science tools and techniques will be an added advantage.
