Position Overview:

- Transaction Execution: Assist in the preparation of transaction materials, including pitch presentations, offering memorandums, and management presentations.

- Due Diligence: Coordinate due diligence efforts, liaise with various stakeholders, and manage the due diligence process to ensure timely completion.

- Client Interaction: Interact with clients, including attending client meetings, responding to client requests, and addressing inquiries to support the deal execution process.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless execution of transactions.

- Documentation: Prepare transaction-related documentation, including term sheets, transaction summaries, and internal memos.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the transaction process.

- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes to enhance expertise and contribute to the team's success.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.

- Prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related field preferred.

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
