Qualification: Engineering Graduate or Equivalent Experience: 8-10 years Location: Gurugram (Haryana) Role Description: - Have good knowledge of CMMI Framework and Practice Areas - Have good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 27001 & ISO 20000 standards - Well versed with Software Engineering, Project Life cycle and its implementation. - Good knowledge on Metrics analysis and creating Metric baseline and Process performance models - Prior experience of working in process driven projects. - Knowledge of Agile Framework - Training Teams and Project managers on Quality standards and tools - Competent to conduct Quality Internal Audits as per ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, CMMI Dev & Services for Projects & Support Functions. - Managing External Audits & Liasoning with Certification Bodies - Process Writing, Review, Consulting, and Implementation - Identify process improvement opportunities - Work as a team along with process owners and functional teams Required skills : - Knowledge Minitab or other statistical tools - CMMI level 5 High Maturity Model - Lead Auditor for ISO 9001/27001/20000 (preferred) - Green Belt Trained/Certified (preferred) - Experience in Implementation of Quality Models, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001,CMMI Dev, CMMI Services, High Maturity Concepts. - Experience in Training and Orientation on CMMI and ISO model/standards. - Must have experience in Process and Project documentation. - Good statistical understanding - Technology understanding - Able to interact with Global teams towards implementation of processes and tools.
