Program Manager - QA

- Program manager responsibilities include governance, alignment, assurance, management, integration, optimization, tracking, finances, infrastructure, planning, and improvement.

To be specific :

- Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, implementing change.

- To oversee scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of various programs. To ensure master plans and schedules are followed, developing solutions to program challenges, and directing others for successful completion of project on time and on budget.

- Aid with proposal development, contract negotiation and contract compliance. Proposal preparation may include assisting with plans, specifications and financial terms of the contract. They may assist with business development initiatives.

- Routinely provide supervision of project or multiple projects to achieve a corporate vision.

- Responsible for governance, which involves working with the overarching structure, processes and procedures to accomplish objectives, which include metrics of success and deliverables. Alignment entails top-down vision, goals and objectives from business strategy flowing through to successful completion of projects for program objectives.

- Management involves regular reviews for accountability and successful management of project, stakeholders and meeting customer top management expectations.

- Driving Improvements covering ongoing performance assessment, research and development of new capabilities, and systematically applying knowledge for program success.

- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

- Effectively communicate the Program/ Project value or initiatives/ benefits to stakeholders at various levels of the customer organization and there by propagate value and visibility for QualityKisok

Experience :

- Post Graduate/ MBA with 15+ years of experience in development or QA for Auto sector

- At least 8+ years of Project/ Program management experience

- Strong Academics
