The individual should be able to think through clearly in ambiguous situations.   - Demonstrates credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward  - Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently  Job Responsibilities :  - The incumbent will be responsible for designing, developing, executing and managing customized training initiatives based on organizational, functional and employee needs.  - Work closely with the operations team to continually enhance employee skills/expertise in line with organizational requirements.   - Conduct TNA for all business units and can quantify post training effectiveness   - Work closely with business to ensure that pieces of training have business impact   - Conduct and lead detailed gaps and needs analysis and post-training assessments; contribute and participate in all growth and improvement initiatives  - Managing training budgets and internal approvals.  - Ensuring that all planned programs are within departmental budgets and timelines.  - Develop and execute training plans for all levels of employees.  - Identifying, contract to negotiate and managing partnerships with external trainers/vendors  Desired Skills :  - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills   - Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves, think creatively and work with team members in a fast-moving and flexible environment  - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization  - Highly-driven and self-motivated  - Ability to work with minimal supervision  - Proficient in using LMS tool  - Understands technology and the industry dynamics   - Strong decision-making skills   - Ability to work independently
