Quality Transaction Manager - Voice Based - BPO

- Should have experience leading 2-3 Black Belt Projects

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified / Trained / Currently in a Black Belt Role

- Understanding of various operations metrics

- Capable of identifying gaps & executing initiatives

- Good detailed knowledge of quality tools, six sigma tools, lean tools

- Good MS Excel and MS Power Point skills

- Data interpretation & analytics skills

- Good oral & written communication skills with a command over English language

- Excellent domain/process knowledge on Fraud detection & prevention or Disputes

- Understands American culture and specific financial terms

- Should have experience for leading calling based projects as a quality lead
