Quality Systems Manager - Automotive/Automobile

We are looking for Quality Systems Manager (QMS) resource for one of our Big Branded Automotive client based out of PUNE.

Quality Systems Manager (QMS):

Typical Roles and Responsibilities:

i) Drive QMS implementation (ISO 9001) for Tractor products made in India

ii) Support execution and deployment of internal system standards for factories within Asia.

iii) Ensure adherence and effectiveness of all processes as per Enterprise Quality manual in alignment with relevant standards

iv) Support other regulatory and quality requirements for ensuring process and product compliances

v) Execute and support business initiatives to drive synergies within various systems

vi) Regularly collaborate with external certification agencies

vii) Participate in various Enterprise forums to represent India factories

viii) Drive digitalization within QMS function to automate processes and gain operational efficiencies

ix) Communicate in various forums and across levels about status and progress of QMS as well as key metrics

Candidate profile:

i) Experience in the deployment of Quality Management Systems at a large organization

ii) Exposure in other business areas, processes (desired)

iii) Overall experience of about 12 Years

iv) Engineering degree from any discipline (must)

v) Higher education in technical or management domain (desired)

vi) Certifications : ISO Lead auditor (must)

vii) Any other certifications in Quality or relevant areas (desired)

viii) Knowledge of digital tools such as advanced excel, power BI , share-point etc.(desired)

BE/B.TECH/M.TECH only
