Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Developing, improving and maintaining processes that meet quality perspective and business needs across organization Full

2. Leading cross - functional projects to drive standardization, stability and simplification in the operations. Full

3. Governance and maintenance of Quality & Environment Management System across organization. Full

4. Operate as a change agent for facilitating Process improvements across Regions (with targets on cost savings) Full

5. Formulate and implement robust quality policy in line with VFS Global growth plans Full

6. Ensure Risks of Penalties are mitigated via Adequate Trainings and Setting Standard Operating procedures. Assist in designing risk policies & in the risk assessment approach for new roll outs. Full

7. Analysis and improvement of Voice of Customer(VOC), Voice of Mission (VOM) and effective Complaint management Full

8. Measure and improve all performance metric like TAT and Productivity from Service Quality perspective Full

9. Implement and maintain Business Continuity Management for VFS Global Full

10. Ensure best practice sharing and standardization across regions. Full

11. Ensure Compliance to all standards viz. ISO 9001, 14001, etc. & any other guidelines Full

- Analyse audit data and prepare quarterly management reports for the Leadership Team highlighting the status of process compliance at the organization as a whole. Also, analyse the audit and compliance metrics within the project. Full

- Conduct surveys of internal and external customers to evaluate and improve the quality of business processes and customer services. Full

- Support the compliance audit & certification process in regions. Ensure closure of corrective & preventive actions at regional & global level Full

- Provide support for the team in ensuring conduction of audits in each region Full

- Design plans & support completion of quality projects. Facilitate & mentor improvement projects in all regions.

- Responsible for participating in national or international Quality Awards. Mentor the awards team & assist in the preparations. Full
