Quality Manager

- NIFT/ BTech (Textiles)

- Work experience 5-8 years

- Aware of 4 point systems, AQL, American standard systems

- Should have handled woven garments - Trousers, Jackets

- Prior exp in handling wash programs; shrinkage/ shade lot issues/wash effect

- Should be comfortable working in the shop floor not only detecting quality issues but also solving them

- Involvement from Fabrics - Shipment setting parameters for quality checks at all levels and following them

- Training quality teams in every dept

- Understanding of markers and patterns

- Knowledge of folders & attachment

- Exposure to washes, fabric shade lot

- Building quality team in each dept & training & mentoring them
