Quality Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensuring the implementation and operation of the QA and control systems by planning and conducting internal quality audits and inspection activities on the construction sites.

- Verifying that the Company Quality policy is fully understood, implemented, operated and maintained.

- Ensure continuous improvement in overall quality systems.

- Ensure all Government, local authority, environment, health, safety compliances are met.

- Generate project specific quality plans for civil & infrastructure projects.

- Prepare statistical data showing quality trends for management review meetings.

- Ensure all non conformance issues are promptly investigated, corrective preventive actions are proposed/implemented and are quickly closed out.

- Checking and ensuring sub contractors quality of products & deliverance.

- Ensuring all inspections, audits, measurement & test equipment is conducted according to the defined schedules.

- Ensure that all potential quality issues are resolved.

Experience :

Experience - 12-15 years with well reputed real estate group

Education - B Tech civil
