Experience : 9+ years

Mandatory Experience : Life Insurance and C&P insurance. Six Sigma (Green/ Black belt )

JD:

- Strong domain knowledge of insurance industry-life and P&C

- Lean and six sigma certified- preferred black belt certified-BB trained or GB certified is must

- Experience in managing cross geo projects using specific CI methods like six sigma, lean

- Should be able to conduct workshops with least amount of supervision for assigned tasks

- BE able to initiate & develop business process designs

- Participate and assist in Metric base lining and due diligence exercises

- Strong communicator and be able to lead discussion with stake holders

- Strong Analytics & problem solving skills

- Role require to support US processes so you are expected to be flexible with work timings

- Short term travel is also required

Key Deliverables:

- Conduct workshop with Operations to identify process improvement opportunities

- Develop As-IS & to be process maps

- lead cost take out & quality improvement projects

- Metric base lining & bench marking

- Proposals on process standardization & improvement

- Lean six sigma training and certification
