We are hiring for one of our MNC Clients in Hyderabad.

Role: Quality Manager

Domain: Digital Marketing domain

Location: Hyderabad

Shifts: Rotational

Desired Skills:

- Graduate/ Post Graduate individual with 10+ years of overall experience.

- Six Sigma Green/ Black Belt certification

- Expertise in Quality Management for a headcount of 80 and above individuals.

- Experience working in Digital Marketing (AdWords, DoubleClick Search, Google Analytics & Display advertising)

- Experience in handling multiple live channels (Phone/Chat/email)

Role Summary:

- Oversee the efficient completion of quality assurance and training efficiency projects with a structured and organized cadence.

- Conduct process improvement and identify operational or training issues and fix the process gaps.

- Conduct Quality Audits among Quality Analysts to ensure quality standards are being evaluated fairly and consistently.

- Drive Six Sigma or lean initiatives and related reporting. Facilitate project teams to come up with action items/improvement plans for Bottom Quartiles, process gaps, etc.

- Update new and existing SOPs and marinate this into training plans within business units.

- Action escalations/ errors with a thorough Root cause analysis, summary and action plan to avoid similar escalations.
