Quality Manager - Business Excellence

Job Role:-

- To identify problem areas and drive improvement projects based on Lean & Six Sigma methodology.

- To facilitate deployment of Quality Infrastructure Processes (QIP).

- To drive data driven culture across the organization by imparting Lean, Six Sigma and various Quality tools trainings.

- Lead & mentor Six Sigma & Lean Projects to deliver targeted results.

- Develop dashboard for management review.

- Implement robust review mechanisms to track progress and for identification of opportunities.

- Coordinate with Operations and other Functions to ensure deployment of QIP and adherence to internal & external audit requirements.

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified / Trained / Currently in a Black Belt Role.

- Should have experience leading 2-3 Black Belt Projects.

- Good Analytical Skills & Communication Skills.

- Should have minimum 8+ years of total experience.
