The candidate will be responsible for: - Conducting periodic quality audits across the organization to drive process compliance and identify areas of improvement. - Lead the certifications program for ISO / CMMI and other relevant certifications - Help project managers adopt project management processes that can result in better-delivered quality for clients. - Train project managers and team leads on an ongoing basis - The candidate should have significant audit and process management experience in a KPO / BPO / IT services environment, with hands-on process monitoring and improvement exposure on large projects - The candidate should have experience of driving process improvement and other quality management initiatives in an ISO or CMMI environments - Should be able to independently plan, execute, monitor and report process efficiency initiatives to the top management - Exposure to research and KPO processes is desirable - Exposure to Lean / Six Sigma or similar methodologies will be a strong positive - Prior experience in ISO / CMMI certification will be a strong positive Salary offered: 8-14LPA
