Quality Manager
Key responsibilities :
- Looking for a candidate using BPM (Business Process Management) Tools to design their processes or improve their their process.
- Modifies and improves Customer's Complaints by resolving their complaints and improving the process.
- Provides better solution and process to their customers.
- Facilitate business processes design and BPM tool configuration, along with stake holders.
- Support capacity building on process knowledge and business excellence competency across the unit.
- Support analytic on process performance, service levels, gaps; and provide insights for improvement.
- Facilitate green belt / lean improvement projects.
- Drive a culture of permanent process fix to problems, through structured RC.
- Implement BSC based KPI programme and facilitate consistency of measurement system.
- Thorough understanding and hands-on experience on Process Design.
- Should be able to critique the processes & identify the NVAs.
- Should have understanding of Handling any BPM tool.
- Certified auditor for at least 1 quality Standard (TL 9000/ISO etc).
