- Strategic planning for Consistent and stable process

- To carry out activities to suggest improvement in processes for having stable product quality, improved productivity, reduced energy conservation and reduction in cycle time.

- To benchmark world class extrusion products, identify the gaps and suggest recommendations for process changes to attain world class quality.

- Organize technical trainings provide process related inputs to the operation and maintenance team.

- Analysis of process deviation & reduction of process deviations by finding the root cause.

- Ensure effective working of WCM subcommittees of Strategic Quality Management.

- To monitor and eliminate unsafe acts and conditions so as to achieve zero injuries in the working area.
