We have an opening for Quality Head for one of the leading Fertilizer organization Location : Vizag Educational Qualifications :&nbsp; (i) M.Sc. Chemistry or PhD in Chemistry. Preferably with certification or MBA in Quality Management (ii) Good knowledge in Six Sigma &amp; Lean Six Sigma Principle - Experience in any one -NPK (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium) is essential min 5 years - 5-7 years of heading the quality function in a similar industry. A minimum of 5 yrs exp. in Phosphorous Fert Quality during the persons career period is a must. - Rich experience in analytical, QC, QA, R&amp;D of Fertiliser industry with highly skilled in analytical method development and handling high end analytical instruments - Good knowledge in fertiliser manufacturing processes and system related knowledge for quality process - Knowledge in SAP - QM module preferred Minimum : - 5-7 years of leadership/managerial experience in Quality Function. - A minimum of 5 yrs exp. in Phosphorous Fert Quality during the persons career period is a must. Primary responsibilities includes : - Provides strategic direction and leadership for the product quality initiatives of Fertiliser Business in both QA and QC aspects. - Quality of Imported Rock phosphate, Phosphoric acid, Sulphur/Sulfuric acid consumed in Phosphoric acid plant and chemicals consumed in Complex fertilizer plant - Quality of inputs consumed in SND, Organic fertilizer and Pilot Plant - Final complex fertilizer bagged conforms to FCO requirement - Critical process control at various stages of PAP,SAP, Complex and SND plant - Calibration and maintenance of analytical equipment - NPK analyzer, ICP, Leco S analyzer, Spectrophotometer etc
