EDUCATION: B.E/B.Tech RESPONSIBILITIES: - Quality Management System - Sub-vendor quality up-gradation. - Providing supplier members training of technical and systematic requirements and helping them technically for tooling up gradation. - Quality assurance during new part development. - Taking care of PPAP requirements. - Continual improvement of product/process and systems. - Correspondence with the customer for their grievance and rectification of their complaints EHS Management System - To maintain the requirement of ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 system in the department. - To encourage all vendor's for EHS activities during Quality audit. - To verify all environmental aspects and impacts within the department.\ - To ensure all raw materials should be received from vendors as per compliance. AUTHORITIES ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Quality Management System - To restrict non-conforming material from being processed on line. - To restrict the supply of non-conforming product to the customer. - To take action against any non-conforming material from the supplier.
