External Job Description :

- Support Country GM office in driving strategic initiatives for Agilent in India

- Partner with various business functions viz. sales, support,Finance & Operations etc. to drive country level projects

- Compile, analyze and communicate management reports for local/Global audience

- Prepare, publish and track India Measures of Success

- Lead country compliance initiatives such as monthly compliance meetings, quarterly compliance attestations, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) assessments, etc.

- Prepare various strategic updates such as India economy updates, business results, senior management reviews etc.

- Manage and/or execute ad-hoc analytic and other requests/projects.

Qualifications and Competencies :

- Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or Operations.

- Experience in supporting strategic planning, senior management reporting and analytics desired

- Strong project management skills. Ability to drive multiple projects with various stakeholders

- Proven ability to bring diverse groups together to drive initiatives

- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to understand the impact of operations on financial results.

- Must be self-motivated and have a passion for driving results

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

- Good interpersonal skills, especially dealing with senior management. Special focus on being able to explain quantitative data to senior management.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Oracle.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while being very detailed.

- Knowledge of Hyperion and prior experience in a multinational will be an added advantage.
