Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate Organisation wide implementation of all Strategic Quality Initiatives (WCQ, Six Sigma, and IT Enablement etc.), Enterprise wide IMS/QMS Standardization, and Assessment of Regulatory / Statutory compliance related Risks and ensure deployment of best practices across PVBU plants through Tata Motors Production System.

- Ensure high safety standards are being followed by all the stake holders (target zero accident)

- Formulation of Organisation Wide Quality Strategy & Related Initiatives

- Coach, Monitor &Assess Organisation wide implementation of all Strategic Quality Initiatives (WCQ, Six Sigma, and IT Enablement etc.).

- Assess Risk related to Product statutory and regulatory compliances from time to time and escalate in case of noncompliance.

- 100% Compliance to Internal audit/ ROC Requirements related to Quality Function

- Initiate Enterprise wide IMS/QMS Standardization

- Monitor and ensure timely closure of all external audit NC's

- Monitor Accreditation of All labs through NABL

- Monitor results of Special Processes Audits and Initiate Improvement

- Set & Review achievement of Targets for Dimensional Integrity / CMM

- Monitoring SPC Six Sigma Project effectiveness

- Institutionalize system for 4M & Process Audits.

- Formulate & Deploy Organisation wide Quality L& D Requirements.
