Quality Council of India - Financial Analyst

- 3+ years of experience in real estate research & Due Diligence, Management Consulting or Financial Services is strongly desired

- Experience in handling Disinvestments in Public listed Companies.

- Good understanding of RERA Act

- Knowledge of equity valuations and basic financial accountancy.

- Well versed with financial databases/ Statement analysis.

- Excellent analytical and numerical skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work with all levels of the organization

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Strategic thinking

- Exposure to government projects will be a plus
