Quality Council of India - Financial Analyst

- Graduates from IIT/BITS/NITs or CA or Graduation in Finance or similar fields from top colleges and pursuing CFA will be a plus.

- Post-graduation in MBA (Finance) from Tier I Colleges or equivalent fields is preferable.

- 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Financial Services across buy/sell side is strongly desired.

- Experience in handling IPOs/Mergers & Acquisition/FPO is strongly desired.

- Knowledge of Equity Valuations, corporate finance, financial statement analysis, financial databases and due diligence, and analysis for execution of finance deals.

- Create presentations for client portfolios on business performance, progress of the ongoing transactions, and potential challenges.

- Project Management, ability to handle multiple stakeholders and communication with senior leadership.
