- Experience in Disinvestment,

- Experience in Corporate finance, Due Diligence etc.

- Good at stake holder management

- Financial statement analysis

- Strategic thinking and self starter as an attitude

- Interested in public policy

- To look into the potential feasibility of the transactions through demand analysis and aspects influencing demand;

- Prepare Research reports or notes on growth potential of companies;

- Experience in handling IPOs/Mergers & Acquisition/FPO/ETFs is strongly desired

- Knowledge of equity valuations and basic financial accountancy

- Well versed with financial databases/Statement analysis.

- Excellent analytical and numerical skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work with all levels of the organization

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Strategic thinking

- Exposure to government projects will be a plus
