- The role shall involve performing analysis on the feasibility of various ideas from strategic financial perspective

- To look into the potential feasibility of the transactions, evaluate the deal structure for value maximization and provide inputs on potential challenges for execution

- Prepare Research reports or brief notes on the sector / company

- Create presentations for client portfolios on business performance, progress of the ongoing transactions and potential challenges

- Multiple stakeholder consent management, client relationship, consultations and follow-ups

- Perform valuations, due diligence, and analysis for execution of finance deals.

- Provide inputs on investment opportunities for high level decision making

- Project Management and communication with senior leadership
