Financial Analyst

- 1+ year of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Financial Services across buy/sell side

- Experience in handling IPOs/Mergers & Acquisition/FPO

- Knowledge of Equity Valuations, corporate finance, financial statement analysis, financial databases and due diligence, and analysis for execution of finance deals.

- Experience in creating/delivering presentations for client portfolios on business performance, progress of the ongoing transactions and potential challenges

- Experience in handling a team

- Know-how of Project Management tools, ability to handle multiple stakeholders and communication with senior leadership
