Quality Council of India - Division Head - NICPP

QCI is looking for a Division Head for NICPP with 10-15 years of proven experience in a leadership role in Project Management in infrastructure or allied sectors, preferably in Government, Public or Organised Private Sector. The role is based out of Delhi.

Role & Responsibilities:

- To build up a work class institution in area of program and project management. It includes vision, mission, objective, goals, planning, execution, governance, ethical working & successful delivery

- To provide strategic direction to ensure achieving program goals and objectives

- To have the initiative and drive to build up a vibrant team

- To identify similar reputed institutions across the globe and tie up with them for benchmarking and use of best practices

- To develop dynamic relationship with government, industry, experts & academicians.

- Financial management including budget formulation audit and supervision of revenue/expenditure

Requirements:

- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and intra-disciplinary teams and roles.

- Ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders including government, academia, institutions, private and public sector.

- Prior administrative, financial experience in setting up of the institution. Well versed with legal issues.

- Must possess strong leadership and management skills.

- Familiarity with organizational cultures and their processes.

- Ability in managing strategic partnerships and collaborations with all relevant stakeholders.

- Prior experience in developing examination and certification systems (Preferred)

- Strong project management traits and competencies

Housed in the Quality Council of India, NICPP is a joint initiative by NITI Aayog and QCI. Envisaged as the nodal body to develop a common language of program and project management in India, especially for crucial infrastructure projects.
