We are looking for SM/ Manager Quality / Black Belt Finance and Accounts

CTC - 8 L - 12 L

Band - M/SM

Shift Timings - UK Shift

Reporting Structure - To AVP Quality & AVP Ops

Location - Hyderabad

Minimum Qualification - Graduation

No of years of Experience - >7 years

Type of Experience - F&A Operations / Quality / Training / SME etc.

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

Transition support : Quality support during transitions focusing on

- Define SLAs & Operational definitions

- Data Analysis for Base lining

- FTE validation and Capacitization

- Facilitation of FMEA for various processes

Continuous Improvement:

- Initiate & lead Lean VSM workouts

- Facilitate Joint workouts with customers to discuss & resolve issues using various Lean, Six sigma & Project management tools

- Initiate, Drive & Mentor Six Sigma Projects (Black belt / Green belt)

- Coach and mentor Ops Managers & SDLs on Lean projects / Six sigma Projects and initiatives

- Share and drive best practices from other processes (with in & outside of account)

Performance management:

- Conduct Joint workouts with customers / internal workouts using Lean Sigma performance management tools like RACI, Standard work, Visual Performance dash boards

- Own & Drive Process stabilization and standardization initiative across worldwide processes (Fragmented in 3 centers)

- Conduct ‘After Acton Reviews’ with customers to facilitate for RCA & Actions for identified issues in processes

Quality DNA:

- Facilitate Lean trainings & Performance management trainings to the teams

- Launch events to identify various Leans / Project opportunities

- Train and mentor Ops Managers / SDLs on Lean Performance management tools & techniques

Required Skills :

- Strong F&A knowledge (AP / GL etc)

- Strong Customer management skills

- Proven Track record of end to end Change management

- Strong Program management & Joint workouts with customers

- Strong analytical skills & Excellent with MS Excel

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

- Strong P2P and / or R2R / GL experience

- Exposure to Lean and/or Six sigma methodologies – Certified Black belts will be Preferred

- Certified / Proven track record of Project management of large projects – preferably in ay F&A domain
