The Fraud Containment Unit (FCU) is responsible for prevention and detection of internal and external frauds in the areas of Liabilities, Product and Support functions. The unit conducts transaction monitoring, forensic scrutiny of documents, employee awareness trainings and Fraud Vulnerability Assessments to help achieve the said objective

The Anti Money Laundering Unit is responsible for identifying and reporting of suspicious transactions as prescribed under PMLA Act & Regulators, across all Business segments of the Bank.

Job Role & descriptions:

Quality Assurance for the activities carried out within FCU and AML unit. This will involve following aspects :-

1. Design of checklist for review of various activities performed across FCU & AML

2. Intelligent sampling and review of samples to ascertain control adherence

3. Reporting of significant exceptions identified as part of the review process

4. To work with unit heads for root cause analysis and corrective actions to avoid repeat lapses

5. Engagement with Audit function/ Other review functions when required

Key skills required :-

1. Eye for details and good learning acumen

2. Good analytical skills

3. Good communication and inter personal skills

4. Good working knowledge of MS office including MS Excel

Academic qualification: Graduate. Preferred - Chartered Accountant/ Post Graduate in Business Management

Relevant Experience: 8-12 years of Banking/Audit experience (VP/SVP)
