Quality Assurance - Milk/Dairy

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

- To be responsible for all QA activities of milk and milk products plants in Palwal.

- To provide technical support at all levels (Supplier, plant, logistic and sales) for continual improvement related to quality and food safety.

- Monitoring compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory agencies as well as with customer, corporate and plant quality standards

- Handled milk and milk products operations acceptance, rejection, supplier validation new vendor approvals, additional responsibility of delivering the best quality product.

- To manage lab so as to provide consistent quality through analysis of raw materials, packaging material & finished product.

- To ensure regular calibration of all quality measuring equipment by providing resources and guidance in terms of knowledge and standards to the personnel do it.

- To attend customer complaints of the product, their root causes analysis and corrective action implementation.

- To ensure that there are improvements in quality indices of package and product and to ensure that there is product integrity as per targets.

- To increase the level of quality consciousness / awareness among all employees through effective communication systems.

- Responsible for supplier quality audits and evaluation.

- Manpower management and other resources for smooth running of all sectional activities.

- Performing Breakdown analysis, making modifications on the line with innovations.

- Applying statistical tools like SPC in problem solving.

- Responsible for the activities of statutory Govt authorities in Maharashtra & Liasoning of all the requirements in line with specification.

- As Management Representative to be responsible for all M.R. related activities and maintaining harmonious industrial & external environment all across the plant.

- Sensory evaluation and Market study of competitors.

- Salary: Best in the Industry

- Qualification: B.Tech/ Dairy Technology from NDRT, Karnal(only)

- Experience: 12-15 years
