We have Quality Assurance Engineer position with our MNC client into Industrial Automation based at Manesar.   Job Role  - Quality Assurance for Outgoing and Incoming Products.  - Ensuring upkeep and improvement in the Quality of Outgoing Products  Key tasks/ Responsibilities :  - Participate in review, update and development of Quality Management system, procedures, policies and plans as per the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and for the company business operations.  - Drive continuous improvements through techniques such as TQM, 5S, DPU, POKA YOKE, KAIZEN, 5M, CTQ, Lean manufacturing, Cost of quality, etc.  - Customer oriented approach with rich skills Addressing customer complaints, detailed analysis and ensuring implementation of corrective action plans, mistake proofing. Customer visits for understanding and resolution of quality issues   - Vendor Quality Management, Conducting periodic audits, Develop Vendor Qualification and Vendor Rating Program.   - Perform Internal Audits and Monitor and report the non compliance related data on periodic basis   - Documentation and records management for QMS & HSE internal procedures, reference documents etc procedures  - Focal person for all QMS activities throughout departments  - Drive Quality Circles  Core competencies :  - Self starter/ ability to work independently   - Speaking/writing fluently in English and local languages   - Should be expert in MS Excel, Word and Power Point   - Strong communication & presentation skills & influencing ability  Desired competencies :  - Strong problem solving skill  - Adaptable, maintaining effectiveness despite significant changes in working environment  Education :  - Graduate Engineer (BE/ B. Tech) with at least 60% marks from a reputed college  - Should be a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001  - Six Sigma Green Belo or Black Belt Certified Quality Management Professional   Experience :   - 3 to 5 years of experience in the role of QMS.   - Experience in internal audit/external audit (QMS)  - Working knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, TQM.  - Should possess system based knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001)   Pre-requisites   - Maximum age 33 years   Remuneration : Best in the Industry  Farzeen - Consultant Phone Nos. 9867862808 / 022 65646414
