Qualitrix - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Responsibilities :

- Experience in technical hiring

- Have a strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing and closing.

- Collaborate with different teams to get schedules and set up interviews

- Use different platforms to source candidates using correct search strings

- Maintain recruitment database with all candidate records

- Manage the end to end life cycle of recruitment

- Act as liaison with employment agencies - providing open position details & sourcing appropriate resumes.

What do we expect from you :

- 2-4 years of technical recruitment experience

- A Bachelor's degree with relevant experience - Masters degree or MBA a plus point.

- Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business

- Experience in working with Social Media and other channels of sourcing

- Start-Up experience a + point
