Job description : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead sales and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upselling our comprehensive software testing services, cultivating new client relationships, and employing innovative sales strategies to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.

- Identify and establish relationships with new clients to expand the company's client base.

Innovative Sales Approach:

- Bring creative and innovative sales approaches to the team, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.

- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance sales processes and decision-making.

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company's overall objectives.

- Provide input on market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.

Achievement of Targets:

- Set, communicate, and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the sales team.

- Implement effective sales forecasting and reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the software testing or related industry.

- Strong understanding of software testing services and the ability to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.

- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Ability to think innovatively and strategically to drive sales growth.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.

- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Education and Experience :

- B.Tech/M.Tech/B.E./M.E. or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the software testing or IT services industry.
