POSITION - Qualitative Research Manager ( Primary ; Qualitative research )

LOCATION :- Delhi

Ctc - 10 - 12 LPA, depending upon current CTC and experience.

Job Specification :-

Job Responsibility

Managerial Responsibility-

- Ensure best practice and knowledge sharing.

- Responsible for client revenues and for client P&L.

- Strategic account planning and forecasting of account. Managing a strategic decision making process for reviewing and assessing new business opportunities.

Research Design & Proposal Development-

- Evaluation of incoming RfPs; providing in industry specifics to research design and proposal development.

- Should be able to hold price negotiations with client's procurement team.

- Delivering and maintaining project quality.

- Analysis, interpretation and making & giving presentations.

Client Management-

- Overall management of multiple client contacts - Build and manage key client contacts; develop a strong partnership with important clients of the organisation.

- Delivering exceptional insights to the client. Ability to think beyond the project and look at a client as a whole, his business & its reality, his marketing needs and the way they view research, their working culture, et al.

- Foster profitable client growth.

- Identify clients- requirements and expectations, e propose topics for studies/ analysis, communicates and consults regularly with the client.

Experience : Experience in qualitative research with reputed research companies.

Post graduation MANDATORY.
