Job Description

- Managing delivery of projects including critical industry or market analysis, company reports, ad-hoc requests, financial analysis, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in depth secondary research

- Leading and delivering projects, including Company Profiles (Short, Detailed etc) using primary sources, Market & Industry studies

- Supporting the clients on multiple industries and preparing pitch books, industry reports, company focused discussion documents, studying & analyzing different valuation techniques including Trading and transaction comps and financial models in a particular industry

- Working on Newsletters, M&A’s summary, Case Studies, Macro Level Analysis

Desired Profile:-

- Qualified MBA/ CFA/ CA or Post Graduation in Finance or equivalent qualification with min 3 – 6 years of relevant post qualification experience.

- Experience of Qualitative research should be in financial services & BFSI sector

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Proficiency on universal resources such as Thomson, FactSet, Factiva, LexisNexis, Bloomberg, Merger market and various other market data sources

- Experience in Investment banking division of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy, advisory firm
